WTB Scope for 7mm mag

Well...surgery following a torn bicep has changed my spring bear hunting plans slightly. I won't be able to draw my bow so I just ordered a 7mm mag barrel from Match Grade Machine for my TC Encore Pro Hunter. Now I need a decent scope. I'm not looking to drop Swaro $ but want something reliable for this setup. Primary use will be western big game hunting beginning with this spring bear trip next month. I'm looking for recommendations on brand, magnification, objective size, 1st or 2nd focal plane? Realistic range will likely be 300 yards max but the ability to reach out to 500-600 yards would be nice. If anyone has anything for sale that fits the need please let me know. Thanks!

I would suggest second focal plane. Low power, bold and/or illuminated reticle for bear.
Since this was a bow hunt, I am assuming close range over bait.
I would later change to something else for longer range (500-600 yds)
