Basic Scope and Mounts for TC Triumph Muzzleloader?

I'm looking for a basic, reliable duplex scope and suggestions for rings and bases for my TC Triumph. All shots will be 150Y or less. Thank You!!

Burris Fullfield II 3-9, DNZ 1" medium height Game Reaper integral mount/rings for the TC Omega/Encore. They don't list the Triumph, but the hole spacing is the same on the Triumph as it is on the Omega and Encore.

More than likely that is the reticle in what you will find. They made it in standard plex as well, but those are hard to find.
