Scope Bumper Scope caps

Got a set in today for an RS1.2.

Don’t realize they were 3D printed. Curious to see how they hold up long term. Fit was nice and snug, don’t think they’ll slip off like my usual vortex caps.

Any pictures of how they fit? Did their recommended sizes work fine?

Yup recommended sizing worked great. Took a little wiggling and jiggling to get them started and lined up properly. Once lined up and started they were a snug push to get fully seated on the optic. Snug enough they’ll be interesting to try and pull off if the time ever comes.

I will echo above the cap portion is a little gritty feeling. Curious to see how they smooth up with use. They’re a little odd to get closed and snapped back into position.

I assume that gritty feeling is just a function of being 3D printed. I wonder if you could buff them just a hair. That's always been my biggest complaint about 3D printed items. I want a nice surface that looks and feels finished. Usually they're a little rough like you mentioned.
