The klassik is a different design. It’s just one rotation of 3.2 mils.

I was under the impression that the 3-12 klassiks that are 2023 and newer are 4.8 mils?

The new and older klassik scopes are the same, the 3.2mil turret was available prior to some point in 2023, now there is a new 4.8mil turret avaiable. It's the same scope, just a different turret part, so if this has the 3.2mil turret the 4.8mil could be retrofitted if needed. 3.2mils gets about any centerfire to 500+ yards.

Isnt .1mil =1cm @ 100m? I know there is a different system used in artillery and some other stuff, but afaik riflescopes in mil use this?

yes. They are one in the same. "1cm" turrets are just MIL turrets
