I thought photoshop at first but you can see the detail behind where you tear out the page he wrote on that seems to match the rest the photo.

Agree that this account is a scammer. I didn't buy anything but they reached out in a very weird way and wouldn't send pics over DM. Profile is no longer available.

Photoshop can do that easily. Actually a cell phone can do that easily.

Definitely a red flag. Sucks if you don’t know how to recognize stuff like that.
