Well, the unfortunate finally happened today and I had to say goodbye to an old, cherished friend. We had some really good times together and like everything in life, sometimes it eventually is just time. A little bitter sweet.

He was there when I started dating my wife. He saw our marriage, first apartment, first house, and he even helped me purchase a couple vehicles.

Lots of miles with me in the hills looking for deer and probably a few more in the marshes chasing ducks.

From Utah to Idaho, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Washington DC and Florida, he always had my back and never complained.

He truly was a friend that anyone could hope for. Even in his old age as he start to slow and things didn’t work the way they use to, he kept chugging along with me until he just couldn’t.

Hold those cherished friends close, they go quickly. I am truly going to miss my old iPhone 7.

I was reading this and thinking about how tough it is to put a dog down. I was trying to think of something comforting to say, till I got to the end and saw it’s a damn phone…
You’re a better person than I am. I was wondering if a joke would be insensitive — then I saw the whole dang thing was a joke.

Since you and your wife starting dating?

If only that IPhone 7 could talk. Okay, not really talk but somehow post its old pix and videos to the owner's favorite forum. :ROFLMAO:

I just lost my dog seven weeks ago, who went everywhere with me for close to fifteen years….so I was reading this and starting to feel a little water rising to my eyes.
