Yes. I've had one since they first came out. Been very happy with it. I use the load data for 4457 and 300gr Parkers.

I've got hundreds of rounds through an MLII. Always shot Accurate 5744 powder. Mostly Barnes 250 and 300 grain MZ bullets. It'll shoot .75 groups at 100 yards. Awesome gun.

I got lucky a few years ago and picked up a used, synthetic ml-ii for $200. I don't think it had even been fired at the time. It's by far the easiest muzzleloader that I've ever worked with. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone who had one that didn't like it.

Love to get some input, i have never gotten mine to shoot like i would like with 5744, bullets 250-300gr from Hornady EZ load (shoots best 2 in group) Nosler 300, Hornady 300, with a bunch of different sabots, the recommended ones form savage, harvester, Hornady ones, and i can't get things to tighten up. Any Ideas?

tight fit is name of the game with the 10ML2's.

Harvester black crush rib sabot and a 458cal bullet is best option that I've seen

Sabots ASG064
Bullets Barnes origianl ASG060
Hornady HP ASG062

I sell 10 packs if you want to experiment.

Also, make sure you're not shooting in warm weather. Smokeless builds a lot of pressure and if you warm your barrel at ALL you will have fliers.
