savage 116 weather warrior

Hello, I pick up a savage 116 weather warrior and the stock screws were not tight. The stock is plastic.
Does anyone know what to torque them down to? Thanks..

I do 40 on mine.

35 inch pounds with synthetic stock or 40 inch pounds if it's a newer Accustock.

I have an older 116 FCSS in 30-06.
