Are these stock interchangeable? Is the only difference the aluminum bedding on the regular accufit stock? I'm about to purchase an Ultralite and I'm considering going ahead and getting a replacement regular accufit stock for the increased rigidity.

Not interchangeable. I attempted this same thing, with an Accufit Accustock take off. The difference is this:
Ultralite only has “Accufit” and has a different recoil lug geometry. It’s a more “full shape” lug.

Other Savage 110 stocks that also have the “Accustock” aluminum bedding block use a slightly smaller recoil lug, both in thickness and width.

So, it’s possible to do, but you need to either grind out the recoil lug channel on the Accustock and then bed it, or swap recoil lugs. If you look around online you can find the appropriate recoil lug for sale, then you would a barrel nut wrench and headspace gauges.

FWIW I decided against actually completing the project for myself.

I put mine in an Oryx chassis. The weight went up but boy is there free floating and rigidity in the fore end. See pictures. MDT has quite a few options for this. MDT's HNT looks attaractive but is the price of a new rifle.

Has anyone decided to do this? Or buy an aftermarket stock? I’m already down this path before I found this thread. Hopefully someone has more answers

I ended up going with a Boyd's wood stock. Added some weight, but I'm happy with the choice.

The reason I went that route was the forend was touching the barrel when loading the bipod AND shooting suppressed, which caused flyers. No can, no touching, no flyers.

I prefer to hunt suppressed, so I got a different stock. There's not a lot of options out there for this gun, unfortunately.

Check Stockys. A bunch of threads and info if you search. I have an Ultralite and I have not found the factory stock to be an issue.

Did you have to get a special inlet for the ultralite recoil lug or did the standard 110 inlet work? I am seeing a bunch of offerings for savage 110 stocks but I’m not sure if they will work with the ultralight since the recoil lug is slightly different than other models with the Accu stock

My gunsmith fit/bedded the stock using the ultralight recoil lug.

Can't remember the differences between the lugs, but he recommended using the ultralight lug and he'd work around it. Don't think he had any issues with it.

If you have a short action, the Stockys VG2 ultralight carbon fiber stock could work. Just saw on this thread that some guy is using one.

Okay I may just order one for the 110 and see it it fits. I think savage has like 3 different recoil lugs in the 110 so a aftermarket 110 should work with all of them…
