Hello, I recently purchased a Savage 110 Trail Hunter Lite in LA. The hogue stock that it comes with is definitely not a stock I’d like to stick with. Anyone know of a different stock I could get? Will a savage accustock from another savage fit? Literally any other stock would be better than the hogue to me. Not looking to spend a whole lot, just can’t stand the hogue. Thank you.

My 110 ppr came in a grayboa phoenix 2. I really like it so far not the lightest option but very comfortable and it fits me well. They do have them available as an aftermarket purchase to drop in 110’.

Stockys has a a couple that'll work. I picked one up for my Trail Hunter lite and am satisfied with it.

Stockys has some. Grayboe has the phoenix. B&C has some as well. I have the trail hunter lite as well. I will be going with a stockys VG.

You guys happy with that rifle? I hear good things about them. I’m looking heavily at them and thinking is picking one up in 30-06. Other than the stock any complaints?

I'm happy with mine in 223. 20 and 10 shot groups below

Bell and Carlson makes a pretty good stock for a really good price.

Yeah, factory stock is junk. I'm still using mine, but I opened the channel up big timeScreenshot_20250707_191940_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20250707_191648_Photo Editor.jpg

You can't usually buy a Accustock takeoff from Northland Shooter Supply for a very fair price.

I like mine. Just make sure the stock you get used the same magazine that your rifle needs.

An Accu-stock won't fit a rifle that didn't originally come with it. The accu-stock recoil lug is smaller than the lug on non accu-stock rifles. You'll need to either change the lug or hog out the aluminum rail, which won't leave much aluminum in that area. Stocky's, Bell and Carlson, and HS Precision have stock that will fit your rifle.

I'll try to get the weight on it tonight. I can say its lighter now. It's now a touch muzzle heavy with my suppressor on it.
I can see that. I’m trying to decide between build a savage 110, weatherby 307 and a tikka. But I will be curious to know the total weight

According to my bathroom scale. Rifle with Leupold 3-15x44 Vx5 in Vortex rings with no suppressor weighs 8lbs. That's with the Hunter model stock from Stockys

The Magpul Hunter that I put on mine before I sold the rifle was a huge improvement.
