Sausage Fest

Pepperoni, snack sticks, Germans, summer sausage, and jalapeño cheddar summer. About 70lbs all together. Finished up with eight pounds of smoked cheese. Should be covered for snacks for a minute.

I’ve built a couple and this one has come out the best. It’s the way to go when you’re doing big batches.
