Just picked up a MKII Target bull bbl. Thinking about having it threaded? Or looking for a threaded upper.

These guys cut and thread Ruger pistols and rifles, and their prices are reasonable. I just put a new fiber optic front on my slab side, and I'm gonna hold on modifications for now as it shoots too good free hand. However, when the time comes, I'll probably go with these guys. They were very responsive on email.

These guys have dot mounts for the Ruger pistols that use existing rail holes and sit over the ejection port.
