Ruger American free bore

Hey guys, new member/ long time reader here. I was looking for some info that hopefully some of you long time reloaders could help me understand. I've purchased a couple of the Ruger American rifles over the last few years and have noticed that they all seem to have overly excessive free bore/throats. I have a gen 1 6.5 creedmoor, gen 2 7-08, and gen 2 6.5 Grendel and this seems to be the case on all of them. The crazy thing is they all shoot outstanding considering the price point of the rifles. My question is, do you guys think there is a correlation between the free bore and the accuracy of the rifles?
