I got a 10/22, ss .920 bbl, hogue stock, extended mag release, sear/trigger kit, 3 ten rounders, two 25 rounders, weaver base

Whats a fair price to sell?

I would suggest keeping it. Can't have enough 10/22's. Sounds like a nice one.
