Ross Muzzle Brakes???

I have noticed that Ross brakes are praised quite often on several sites so I decided to do some searches and found that in the there had been quite a few older references to Ross Shuler Muzzle Brakes and the newer ones just refer to Ross Muzzle brakes.

I found a website with the Ross Brakes name but the contact person is Kelly Driesel. Is this the same company and are the brakes the same quality?
