Romania fallow deer

Just booked a dream hunt of mine to hunt fallow deer on the plains of Romania during peak rut. I will have 2 deer permits in my pocket and will be bringing my wife along with. Has anyone hunted romania in recent years?

I have been wanting to do this hunt for years and years but have done some bigger mountain hunts before I get too old. I think it was just time to make it happen and have a more relaxed hunt. Unfortunantly it won't happen until 2028 due to other hunts booked but that's not to bad of a problem

No, but that sounds fun.

I don't have a particular desire to shoot a fallow deer, but seeing Romania and the various castles sounds awesome.
