RokStok

I think it would be wise for companies to bite onto this. Aics mags have many options and long term are much more reliable than tikka mags from what I have experienced. A viable aics option with a flush mag option in a tikka has been needed for a long time.

I used to hate aics mags. I hate misfeeds and dumped mags more though.
Weird, my tikka plastic mags feed great. Guess in a few years I’ll realize what you’re talking about lol

Yea you can probably go back and read me being happy with them. The 223 mags are the worst.

Besides feeding the front mounted mag release dosnt work for me. Got sick of shooting bags popping the mag on me and feeding the next round below the feed ramp.

Makes sense, I’ve never had a 223 tikka or shot a rokstok off a bag other than a backpack or molinator. I’ll keep an eye out for something grabbing the mag release.

I spend most of my hunting time up in trees and aics mags are loud as shit, but I do enjoy them in my long range guns

To this day my only gripe with my rokstok is the damn free rotating qd cups

They can be loud if they fit really loose. I can’t say the 5 rounders I hunted with this year in a hnt 26 was any issue for noise or size. They sit really tight when full.

I actually had more feeding issues in 223 with AICS in a bravo than I ever have with the factory tikka mags. Consequently, my 223 is kept with the factory mags.

Plastic mags? Iv helped put together quite a few bravo/tikka 223s and have never seen one have issues with metal aics mags.
Yes. Let me rephrase. I had significantly more feeding issues in a 223 bravo with aics magazines than I ever have with the factory bottom metal and plastic 223 magazines.

Plastic aics and tikkas don’t always play well together. If you end up there again I recommend some accurate mag metal mags.
I initially misinterpreted your question about plastic mags, my yes was meaning I switched back to plastic factory mags. i only used metal AICS. I used metal accurate mags and metal MDT mags, and both had enough feeding issues to inspire a lack of confidence.
