That’s not a 3B Stockys profile unless that’s a heavy contour barrel.

Yeah, it's a factory lite barrel. I think I was sent a sporter contour by mistake. I wanted to have a little more clearance than that.

Here’s another #3. Although technically this is an IBI Mountain Lite but its basically the same contour as a Tikka factory Lite.

Man that looks good. There's just something about a walnut stock that feels right for hunting.

What's the consensus here for scope on the trainer? Posting here just because it's a Rokstok.

Trying to decide if I want to get another RS1.2 (to match the 65prc), or try the Gen ii SWFA 3-15.

Considerations for the trainer (Tikka 223 18' suppressed):
1. Overall weight and balance with a Maven vs SWFA
2. Trainer to however far I can shoot
3. Will also use it for Whitetail hunting under 300 yards in middle TN (low-light considerations)
4. Lastly, Maven price increase vs SWFA upcoming BF sale
5. Love the Maven reticle but def a heavy scope

I like having the same scope on my trainer as on my primary rifle. I have the 6x on both. They seem to work very well with the RokStok.

Few questions on my Rokstok order.
I had a new tikka drop shipped there for nitride and a Rokstok.
Do they use factory recoil lug or there lug?
Is the leather check peice worth getting?
Ring height with NXS 2.5-10x42?

It will be the UM lug
Never tried the cheek piece, looks comfy
UM lows for me, although I see a lot of people using mediums for cheeked/ eye relief.
A PIC rail with NF UL .885 is a great option too
