Anyone here have any experience shooting a 300WSM (or like recoiling round) in a Rokstock? I've got a sporter weight Tikka in 300 WSM, suppressed, curious if I'll be able to spot impacts past 300 yds with a Rokstock. I'm shooting 208 ELDMs at about 2650.

Thanks

Also, anyone received their Rokstock with Tikka CTR inlet? I ordered a Tikka CTR railed Rokstock in March. Getting itchy....

I dropped my 7PRC in it to try out. Decided I need more weight in a rifle to enjoy shooting even a suppressed Magnum, really I don’t need a magnum. Not a knock on the stock, def an improvement, but a couple extra lbs really tames it down.

I have a 7prc with a suppressor. While prone I was able to spot shots the other day at 400.

I’ve got a rokstok in 300 win, suppressed with a scythe, best recoil management I’ve felt with a 30 caliber magnum in a sporter. Very pleased

I have a 7prc with an Ace #3, total weight around 10.5lbs. Able to spot shots on steel fairly easily if I keep the scope on a lower power. Saw the impact on this buck last week on a steep cross canyon shot with the scope around 12x, shooting off a tripod and using my bino harness as a rear bag. 590 yds

Negative here. I ordered LE Green CTR inlet in the first hour of first day that it was possible to order online… getting itchy is an understatement haha

Wonder if we could get another one of @Unknown Munitions updates/order# drops on here, ya know in the spirit of Friday or something?

I thought I heard Jake say awhile back that a group of CTR inlets were coming in from Stocky's.

Does anyone know what size Allen wrench it takes to tighten the buttpad? Out in the mountains right now and it’s coming loose. Thinking I’m going to have to hike out to the truck tonight to get tools and hoping I have the right stuff in there. In and out of service but thanks in advance if anyone knows!

Yep or the standard equivalent Allen will work. For non spaced stocks it’s a Phillips #10 screw. If you have a multitool or leatherman at your truck or in pack the Phillips on those work to get it tightened.

On the Phillips DO NOT over tighten. Super easy to strip the carbon out and you’ll be SOL until you get back.

No spacers on mine and I believe I have a Philips bit on my leatherman in my pack! I’m gonna be really happy if I don’t have to hike the four hours to the truck tonight. Lol thanks for the info!!!
