Does anybody have trouble with their ear pro messing with your head position on the Rokstok?

Any recommendations for good in-ear versions? Looking for something a little more functional for NRL hunter matches this coming year.

I don’t have any issues but my wife does. This was the solution for her. Spendy, but they are great for all day use.

To my knowledge there are only four in the world. I have the first two prototypes and two customers have the other two. There will only be 40ish made, well worth the wait IMO.
Excited for the LE for sure.

Do you figure the M70 inlet stocks will enter production by end of year roughly?

Doesn’t change my position (I pre-ordered a M70 stock) just curious about rough timeline and may move some scopes around or focus my limited available time for load dev efforts on one rifle vs another depending on when it might come around vs timing of spring hunt plans.

I’ve used sordin pro muffs for a long time and also have no issues with the rokstok and interference but I also have UM high rings on mine. With the highs I still had another guy try it out and complain about his muffs interfering.

Edit to add: @lintond - I also like the OTTO noizebarrier in ear electronic ear pro that @huntnful mentioned, they just aren't quite as good as muffs when you're around a bunch of aggressive brakes like at a NRL/PRS match.

There is no need to grind it or mess with the stock. It does not affect performance. See this thread and my post here…

Post in thread 'UM Tikka bolt handles'
https://rokslide.com/forums/threads/um-tikka-bolt-handles.369800/post-3753273

If you wanted to slightly dremmel the handle relief area on the stock it wouldn’t hurt anything either.

Per UM and Form, these were made as low profile as possible. You get full lockup on the bolt just before it contacts the stock. This ensures that the bolt knob sticks out as little as possible, but with the large ball its still super fast and easy to run.

Per multiple users actually using them in the field… Some instances of stock contact are occurring.

I also had a custom cerakoted Rokstok, but my order number was way before that guy's.

It’s been stated probably dozens of times now in this thread that an order number or date of order is not the sole factor in determining when the stock will be produced.

Yes, but the same type of stocks (Tikka custom cerakoted) should be produced in order.
Did you order the same barrel channel, rail, and any additional options as that gentleman? Did you order a custom full build as he did? Do you know for certain that order numbers are all in exact order by date?

The reality of any manufacturing segment is that products are run in batches and no always in order by date.

Are you the Rokstok thread police?
What is the issue with wanting an update when it appears that somebody with a similar order that ordered over a month after mine is close to receiving theirs?

Not the police. Apologies if I misread and you were asking for a status update. I didn’t see a question in your original post.

It just seems like a whole lot of armchair quarterbacks saying how production ought to be.

I don't disagree, and I've patiently waited. Whether or not I receive the stock within the next couple of weeks could change which rifle I take on an upcoming hunt.

You seem awfully sensitive to folks quoting you... Nobody is personally attacking you.

Order date, regardless of what options have been ordered, has not been in line with ship date throughout the whole process unfortunately.
