Shot some rocks yesterday while out hiking around in some gnarly wind (highest gust i got on the kestrel was 32mph). Shooting at 710yds, with a 6creed rokstok, watching impacts through the scope was 👌🏼

This hunting season with the Rokstok was a huge success. My wife and I each filled both tags we had and were able to shoot the same rifle without any changes. In the past I had to add a cheek riser to the factory Tikka stock for her. Rifle is a Tikka 6.5cm barrel chopped to 19 and ultra 7, swfa 6x, shooting 143eldx. Shot distances of 100, 288, 347, and 480. We both watched all impacts through the scope. The Rokstok is fantastic and I will buy another one at some point!

I like seeing someone play devils advocate. It’s a healthier culture when it exists. Still, this is a review thread and Schwarz’s comments might be better in the other Rokstok thread. @SchwarzStock what state do you reside in? Maybe there’s a Rokstok owner near you that you could meet up with. I’d be curious to hear your perspective after that.

Whats your opinion on them? They get the job done or are still looking for better options?

Thus far I have been a big fan of the Rokstok. I put my tikka T3 6.5x55 in the Rokstok after having it in an HNT 26. My 10 round groups immediately went from 2 moa to 1 at 100 yards. (Not a knock on the hnt 26 but the Rokstok is much better for me personally). I am 6’4” with a decent wingspan and went with spacers to a 14.25” LOP which fits well. The design is such that it feels like there is a greater range of LOP that I could get away with using this stock longer or shorter and be fine shooting. I have not been able to take it out to longer ranges yet but I have about 100 rounds through it from 20-200 yards and can spot shots without issue including when zoomed it at the range. I killed my first deer with it yesterday and I was able to spin, shoulder and shoot in 5 seconds on a buck that busted me and was about to hightail it out of there. (I had it on video so I was able to measure the time, it feel like a lot longer in memory). The stock feels natural to shoot and I can’t wait to get the other ones in I have ordered.

Anyone put a kelbly atlas tactical into the Remington SA mold?? Just curious what needed done if anything. I've narrowed down my options to another AG alpine hunter or trying out a rokstok for my upcoming 25 PRC build. No complaints at all with my AG and it can be ordered specifically for a kelbly, but as 700 clone the rokstok might be just fine as well....

I made my mid season report with my Rokstok Tikka 22 Creedmoor, in the .223 kill thread. A decently wide array of field positions and yardages. All were killed with that gun and factory 80 Grain ELDX ammo. I’m posting here as well for folks to read. Let me know if you have any questions on the shots.

Is that a rear view mirror on your scope?

Not to derail this thread any further, but here's a Rokstock related question: is anyone using some combination of the following?

Tikka T3x
Rokstok
Hawkins UL Tactical LOW rings
NF 2.5-10x42

If so, how is your cheek weld and sight picture? Did you need a cheek riser at all? I ask because I'm using the above set up in a factory stock, and would rather not do new rings etc unless I have to. I needed to add a cheek riser to the factory stock to get a good sight picture, but I plan on ordering a Rokstock the instant I see them available.

I have three rifles setup using this exact combo (6.5CM, 6CM, and .223), all with Mountain Tactical 0 MOA rails. Cheek weld and sight picture are fine.

Just curious,
What color did you have your stock cerakoted? I really like that green.
