Hey All,

For those who are waiting on their Carbon Fiber Lites, I wanted to get your opinion.

For context, we've had some trouble sourcing Pachmayr grind to fit recoil pads as of the last few months. The 1" pad has been more difficult than the 0.5". We are currently looking into Kickeez pads and some others that are a similar level of quality.

Assuming we were able to obtain these consistently, would any one object/care if we used them for current and future lites? If anyone wants to wait, thats understandable, but we just want to get these in your hands ASAP.

@Formidilosus What are your thoughts ons the kickeez pads? I feel like you have been very pro Pachmyer both on the original stock and the light.

I am near the back on this drop, and don't have any big plans this year so I am ok waiting on the Pachmyer if it's the better option.

As an absolute weight weenie- any difference in the weight on the kickeez and the Pachmyer @Lane Avery ?

I am only halfway kidding as I have heard many people extol the virtues of a flip flop recoil pad. I would be interested to see how clean of “grind” a person could get with this flip flop.

Order 110 here: KickEez, Limbsaver, Croc sole rubber, etc. all good with me as long as it’s not comically soft, not grossly under or oversized (as in leave a snaggy lip/ledge), the LOP distance specified in my order notes can be met, and the LOP spacer kit works well enough with it… I say rock on.

Just wanted to say that I’ve had a great experience exchanging emails with Lane to clarify the details on my lite that finally arrived this week. Very helpful and quick to respond.

Excited to finally get it in hand once they finish it!

My Lite showed up last week. Came in at 27.6 oz with the ARCA rail. Threw my 18” McGowen lite profile 6 Creed in it with a LRHS2 in low UM rings, a level, and a 3 round mag from @pods8 (Rugged Stitching). My OG 6-S will add a little over 6 oz. If this barrel doesn’t shoot the 116s, I have an 18” spiral fluted PBB from LS Wild that should work.

I have another action at UM for their weight loss and Cerakote with and a lightweight titanium bolt handle that should almost offset the suppressor weight. Hopefully it is a quick turn around.

I don’t have an open order… but I would order another RS Lite today with what ever recoil pad you can source.
