Bro... we are still in the baby step phase. Cool idea, but their execution is about 2 years from that idea.

It would be cool to see a Ruger American inlet for the Gen 2.

I second that.

My Ruger American Gen II shoots .75" 10 shot groups and there aren't a lot of great stocks suited to western hunting for it.

Check into some of the Boyd's options, they have a number of lighter to heavier options for Ruger Americans.

I would assume it’s a flat top coming out of the mold. Inletting and bolt cutout done on a mill afterwards.

I do think the aesthetics of the toe line and negative comb look much better on the lite. They posted a couple rail mock-ups also for those without IG.

For me it's the ability to go with a 12 or 13" barrel.

I resisted the urge to give a regular Rokstok a haircut.

The lite is easier to carry muzzle down without a sling too.
