N 140 is the sleeper. Its more accurate with everything in my rifle, but the velocities are lower. It’s also more consistently available.

Ive got some powder on hand to burn through but will definitely pick up N140/150 when supply is low

I just picked up 2 pounds of this and have never used it, eager to try this combo. Have had good results with Varget and 75s, That a nice bump in velocity.

Yup I will throw some behind a 77tmk as well.

But I have gotten that to shoot with multiple powders, my t3x has not been picky fortunately.

Same. When I use up what I have, I’m going to N140 for everything in 223 and 308.

Yes 308 was another that came to mind, but have some varget to plow through first

Which bullet and powder your using most importantly. Bolt action vs AR also matters

It’s for a bolt gun I’ll be using the 77 tmk was looking at ar2208- varget as I have it in hand but would also try others

What is your COAL?

Shot 23 gr H4895 today at 2712, 2.260 COAL
Loaded one at 23.5 gr, thought it felt crunchy, and didn't seat as deep, using once fired LC brass.

i have them loaded out longer. ~2.33-2.34" COAL / ~1.89" CBTO using hornady gauge.
edit: adding that i was getting 2760ish fps at 23gr
