Pretty much lived in my performance hoody the last week or so, as we caught and then processed a whole bunch of sockeye salmon and halibut.

Ha ha, that's our friend's little dog...I didn't even realize she was in the photo! Although it isn't surprising, she wanted to be right in the thick of it for every fish we caught...

Here is another day in the Performance hoodie....I canned up a total of 68 pint jars of fish, it took two loads in the big canner and one load in the almost-as-big canner. Nice to add some variety to our diet...Though I think I have had my fill for fish processing for awhile!

Very cool Becca.. That is one heck of a canning setup y'all have...I been wanting to try some canning but my freezer has been void of game for the last couple years lol...
