Yea, Piastri is starting off the season strong with a real chance to win the WDC. Lando will probably have to retire from a race for that to happen after Australia, but its a long season.

If Mercedes keeps ending up on the podium, I bet that will give Max something to think about. I can see Toto getting some satisfaction "replacing" Lewis with Max. Would probably even the score a bit.

Aston could be interesting. Newey's making 30 million a year over there and Max has won a couple championships in his designs. Their performance this year isn't helping though...

Aston martin is a real conundrum for me... they have mega $$$, a brilliant designer in Newey, a legend on his way out, the Nepo Baby who will never achieve much... what IS the plan???

In all I am really looking forward to seeing how this season winds up... so many rookies, seasoned drivers out of place, the RB drama, etc etc... a lot to watch unfold...

Between McLaren & Ferrari there is almost always sketchy strategy decisions that are good unintentional comedy.
Also it appears that using the paved surface of the track is quicker than going through the grass & dirt, who knew??
