Rocky Mountain Ranches, Colorado- anyone been there?

Guys,

I was wondering if anyone has hunted through the Rocky Mountain Ranches, in Colorado? They are one of the many ranches that offer dyi hunts on private ranches in Colorado. They seem like a great option to get on some mulies and elk without all the pressure and dealing with a lot of other hunters.
If anyone has ever hunted w them or similar outfit I’d love to get some feedback on how many elk were seen and what seasons where best. It seems like they have very good Mule deer numbers and tagging one shouldn’t be an issue but was looking more opinions or feedback on the elk on there ranches.

I'm betting they sell plenty of DIY hunts so getting away from pressure may not be what you get.
