Seams like whenever I’m on a miserable pack out by myself my mind always goes to Taylor Swift “are we out of the woods yet” lol.

On that note, another by Taylor swift “wildest dreams” could apply to hunting season as well lol

Twilight Zone by Golden Earring is one of my favorites.

"Where am I to go, now that I've gone too far?
Soon you will come to know,
When the bullet hits the bone"

I haven't gone through the whole thread, but it's gotta be uncle Ted all the way. Probably Fred Bear, with Stranglehold a close second.

When I first read this I thought maybe you were referring to the "Bear Song" by Green Jelly which is kind of a badass song that was used in Dumb and Dumber. Your kid's song "Bear Went Over the Mountain" weirdly has almost identical lyrics. I'm assuming you have children. That song would drive me nuts. 😂

Your kid's bear song?

"Bear Song" by Green Jelly 👊

Yes…the kids version lol. And yes I have two kids. Now they’re to the age where I can positively influence their music choices more.

For archery elk, "My Milkshake" by Kelis.

It's not Rock and Roll, but I'm trying to bring those boys in!

The last song I listen to in the truck before hiking in is always Stranglehold or Kashmir from Zepplin at full volume. Gets me pumped

I don't have a song but I got some really dumb top 40 song stuck in my head for about 4 days last fall while hunting in Montana. Thankfully I've finally blocked it out and don't even remember what it was, but the hook was ridiculous. Moral of the story, be careful what you play on the drive in.

Bodies by Drowning Pool was our song before getting into the duck blind in the high school years. Now much older and with nieces and nephews it has turned into Into the Thick of It from some children's show. Those kid songs know how to drill into your brain.
