I am looking to get some rip tko arrows, what spine you guys recommend? 70#, 27.27 carbon to carbon, 100 grain point, 75 grain insert. 300 or 350

Other folks may have different experience, but I didn't find the spine consistency of the RIP TKOs to be as good as some other arrows I've used. I'd personally go with the stiffer spine. The 300s are 0.1 gpi difference in weight, so it's not like you're paying a big weight penalty for going with the stiffer spine.

Both would work fine, but I would go 300. qSpine/OT2Go output below FWIW.

Bow inputs: 340 fps IBO, 70# DW, 28" DL, 6" BH, 30" ATA, 80% LO
Arrow inputs: 27.27" C2C, 175 gr on front, 30 gr on rear

Shooting same set up as you except my arrows are 1/2” longer. 300’s fly well.

Victory has done some amazing work with that shaft with the spine to weight ratio. Probably the best hunting shaft on the market in that regards. Also very durable. Components are crap, but that is typical for .204s.

Definitely 300. I shoot 72 pounds with 50 grain brass hit, 10 grain iron will collar, and 100 grain point. Absolutely the best arrow I’ve ever shot.

Definitely. 300 for your specs! Great arrows.

Similar setup and I use a 300 spine with good results. Personally I’d rather be a little over-spined than under.

I shoot almost exactly the the same arrow specs you mentioned and .300 is perfect. I’ve always errored on stiff side.
