Ring height for anti-x 34mm 56mm obj?

Can someone tell me what ring height will be needed for a short action anti-x 34mm tube 56mm obj stainless steel sendero contour? Going with warne hyperlite rings.

The medium are .400 and the high are .550. A triple a battery is right around 400 so if you scotch tape one sideways on each base you can check if the medium will work.
