Looking for a little bit of input or guidance on how to proceed with this one. I have a Rem sendero sfii in 300 win mag I'm tinkering with. I'm not a big Remington fan but I've always liked the sendero line for no specific reason (cool name?) It has a Leupold mk4 6.5-20x50 lrt, nightforce 20moa one piece mount, accu-tac bipod, zrodelta brake. It came with a HS precision stock that is actually the worst feature on the rifle. I've sent it back to HS to have the buttpad repaired and a few other issues addressed by HS precision(on my dime both times). The barrel still rubs on the stock and the comb is way too low for me to shoot comfortably. I have more money in shipping charges than ammo down range at this point. Should I add an aftermarket riser and float the barrel or cut my losses and get a new stock? At this point I really feel like I've invested enough time and money into HS precision and I'm throwing good money after bad. It's mainly just a plinking gun/range toy and I'm not interested in trying to make it something it isnt. What is the most economical long term solution for the stock? (I'm not a fan of the velcro on fabric pads btw)20191213_210223.jpg20191213_210242.jpg
