Not saying that there's anything wrong with Chicom scopes, but I don't buy them. To each their own though, and not saying that I never would.
One area in which I give a lot of the Chinese scope importers credit is that they seem to be more receptive to the reticles and configurations shooters actually want. Specifically, they're offering well designed FFP/mil set ups with locking turrets.
There's a few scope companies from which I'd like to purchase more products; but they're still stuck on MOA and SFP in their more hunting centric lines, such as the new S&B model. And then there's a few who do offer FFP/Mil reticles, but they aren't all that well designed for general hunting use, such as the new last year TRACTs.
Such as it is, I'll likely keep buying more SWFA's. They're nothing flashy, but they are impressive in the most important way (They work), and thier MQ is about as good of a FFP big game hunting reticle as I've used.
