something I just remember was it appeared that as I looked at my cross hairs they appeared canted at times to my right. I don't know if it was the bipods causing this but at times I would have to roll my trigger wrist to the left to get a good up and down cross hairs. This may be an issue as well. I don't see why the bipods would cause this but I need to experiment to verify. So now I need to shoot from bags or a hands free sled to see if that might be a small issue.

I would go back and read the post from Form ,then follow his advice. You do not know if your scope/rings/bases are an issue until you go back and mount them properly. If you do all this in the correct order it will show you the problem.
