Do you use it on a Kuiu pack?

I use it on my Exo K3, kifaru and arcteryx pack. If you order the universal one it will work on any pack with a hip belt and shoulder straps.

care to show a picture of your setup? I have the same system on my Kuiu pack, and I’m generally not enamored with it, but I wonder if there’s a different way you have it set up.

Just checked my phone and I don't have any hunt pictures that show it well, but I'll try to remember to snap a few pics when I get home and show how I set it up.

You might also try a simple piece of 550 cord. On top of the shoulder strap there is often an adjustment slider - a few wraps of thick thread under the adjuster raises it slightly and the 550 cord hooks securely under the edge, but comes off easily.

For years I did the Kifaru specific gun bearer upper (feeds in the top tri glide on the Kuiu pack fine) and either the Kuiu lower piece on the belt or one similar from a company I can’t think of right now. I didn’t like the Kifaru bottom piece as it would pivot too easily with just the center connection. Key is to have a connection on each side of the cradle.

Sorry to revive an old post. I picked up the FHF sling after all and played around with mounting it to my Kuiu pack at lunch today. So far I like it but it's going to take some adjustment and fine tuning.

Anyone here pick one up recently? what are your experiences with it?

I have an FHF sling, I'm a fan of it. Takes some tinkering, and I usually have to make small adjustments depending on how full my pack is but generally it is really stable and I've been happy with it after a couple seasons.

I use the universal Kifaru gun bearer on my Kuiu pack. With or without suppressor makes no difference.
