Richard Guthrie?

I am going hunting brown bear with Richard Guthrie in the fall of 2021 on the Alaska Peninsula does anybody have any experience with him or his guide service?

Hi Yes, I hunted Brown Bears with Richard back in 2006 I believe. He had great guides and locations on the Peninsula.
I saw a Trophy Boar on the 1st or second day but could not get a clear shot so I had to pass. He runs a safe operation which is very important in that area. I ended up going back for a 2nd trip to get my bear. It was a great hunt!

I have a few more questions for you. What time of year did you hunt? You said you seen two trophies that first hunt what size bear do you consider a trophy? Did you see any other animals like wolves or caribou?
