Revic BR4 Frustrations

Got a Revic BR4 about this time last year. Been having some issues with it.

1. Will randomly not return ballistic solutions. No issues for a while, then issues, then good again. Only pattern with it is inconsistency. Happens with any profile, warm or cold, etc. I sent it in to Revic earlier this year and they couldn't replicate the issue (even though it happens every single range session to me). Took a picture today. Ranged 715 yards, profile active, no solution...

2. It apparently duplicated a profile instead of overwriting it. I have one "6cm 108" profile in the app. When my barrel sped up I changed the MV from 2880 to 2950 in the app and resynced. Kept hitting high at the range and found out the profile still had 2880 in it. It's a 0.1 MIL difference in solution across most ranges for this gun/ammo. Shot an entire match earlier this year making that correction every stage...today I'm scrolling through the profiles on the unit and finally figure out there are two "6cm 108" profiles in it. Had to manually delete the incorrect one. Why would it duplicate instead of overwriting???

3. Revic installed a new battery in the unit. It started at 1 bar today, got up to 3 bars, and kept fluctuating. Has always been an issue with this unit despite a few new ones and different brands. I just always carry a spare. But given the other issues and price tag it's adding to the frustration.

Just emailed Revic again letting them know all of this. Anyone else experienced these issues?

I had issue 1 on one stage in a NRL22 event. It would not return a solution on any target. I gave up on it and knew my correction for a couple short ones but completely butchered the farther two targets. Coming off the stage pissed, I checked it again and it worked fine and did for the rest of the day and the rest of the time I had it. Dunno what the deal was. I think I needed to let it shut off but I wasn’t gonna sit there and wait.
 
I had issues with my first one and had to send it in to them as it wouldn’t give me a solution at times. They replaced it with a new unit and it’s been fine ever since. Their app feels a bit outdated and does have funny idiosyncrasies for sure. If it didn’t give such good solutions and have a great laser, I’d use something else. The image quality sucks and I can never get the image and the display to both be sharp.
 
On occasion I've had issues with overwriting/changing velocity on profiles. Sometimes a sync isn't a sync. Everything always has to be double checked that the unit jibes with the app when making any changes. Sometimes it takes multiple sync attempts, which can be frustrating. I've never experienced it not giving me back a range or solution though. Always good there, as long as the inputs are solidly in place.
 
I’ve had the same exact issues with my BR4 and the original post. In fact it happened yesterday. Just stopped giving me my ballistic solution and only ranged. After being on this profile for 3 weeks and not changing anything. I had to take out the new battery I put in a month ago and put it back in to reset it? What is going on here. In fact, I’m going to call them tomorrow now that I know there are other users with the same issue. Very frustrating.
