I have a new set of the GEN two’s, and my original profiles, if I sync with the bio, read out fine. If I create a new profile and try to sync that with the bio, the elevation and windage come up as zeros in the bios, and when I look at the app, it has NaN as the value. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, deleting the profile and creating a new profile, and it is repeatable. Not sure if anybody else has ever seen this? If so, what did you need to do to fix it? I’m wondering if it’s a problem with the software in The bios themselves?

This is a bit frustrating, as I had forgot to put in a profile before I went on my Hunt this morning, tried to set this up and it did not work. Thankfully, I’ve done a little bit of a quick drop work prior to this.

Any insights are appreciated.Formidilosus or Ryan Avery you ever run into this?

Call gunwerks. They have excellent customer service. It’s probably a simple fix
Called 2x, left VM on first. Hope they call back soon.

UPDATE: I did find a Workaround ... Copy a Profile that is working, and make changes. Then it seems to work fine. Not sure what is going on, but at least tomorrow I'll have a ballistic that works (if I need it).

That’s unfortunate. I’ve never had any issues getting a hold of them. Glad you find a solution for time being though!

it’s a software issue. Are you using a bullet from their library? I have this issue with gen 1s I just picked up. I had to select a bullet from the library and change the BC and bullet length…

After that, the solution from the binos was incorrect. I was told by gunwerks this second issue is only with the gen 1. The output did not match the calculator on the Revic app (which was correct). If was still computing with the BC from the bullet I had to select out of the library. I last talked to them on Wednesday and was told an update would come in a couple days….

I'll jump on this first thing tomorrow and get feedback posted here.

Appreciate it. I have a hunt tomorrow (and since I have the workaround, should be good). I’ll definitely call Wednesday and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this. Just seems really odd.

Had this same problem.
Did remove data, delete account, and reset preferences. Then added all my profiles back using the QR codes and it’s up and running again.

How do you add the stuff back with QR codes? Can this be done for hand loads?

I have the same issue with Gen.1 and left a message yesterday. It seems like an issue with the update. I deleted and reinstalled and now get zeros for the solution in the bino but the range card is correct in the app.

I would encourage you to range and compare to calculator or another solver. I would’ve never caught it unless I was actively trying to true my gun.

Ended up with some very weird results:

Same info, at distance, Shooter app shows on thing, Revic another. Not sure what to trust, or why they differ…

Formidilosus any thoughts?

- 65CM, 135 DRT @ 2810 fps, G1 .475 (might be .425, but both are the same, so should not affect reading)

Your atospheric data looks a little different… that would make sense to me why it’s matching up at closer distance. Do you have earth, spin drift, and aero jump effects turned on? Looks like it on Revic.
