Not sure if anyone has used this peptide or not. But if you're struggling on a cut with severe hunger pains and can't seem to stick with your restricted calorie intake. This stuff is pretty dang awesome!
I tried the pills last year and it helped. But quit using it.

Now I've been injecting twice a week and it sure keeps the hunger away. Also I don't feel like I have to eat right now or I'll rage out.

Only issue is instead of feeling hungry if I'm not careful my blood sugar will crash a little.

Down 10+lb this month eating 2k cals a day

Figured I'd mention this if anyone else is trying to lean out.

be careful of compound meds, they are not all equal. I used the glp1/gip from the manufacturer and had great results down nearly 50. But much easier to lose the weight than Cary all that and the gear! Congratulations on the journey so far

I’ve used it. I started with 2mg. I’m probably 10 weeks in and only at 4mg. It works awesome at curbing appetite and cravings but I do have some side effects. I get skin sensitivity which is very annoying and sometimes I’m just dead tired at 4pm but that’s kinda gone away. I’ll add that I’m lifting hard 4-5 days a week, active lifestyle and prioritizing protein. My average weight loss is 2 lbs a week. I was losing weight before starting Reta but had plateaued hard. I’m gonna go off of it at the end of this month bc I’ll be at or near my goal weight and ready to bulk again.

I treat peptide dosing like posting reloading charge weights. I know what works for me but hate giving numbers.

So far I haven't seen any bad side effects.

These deep cuts when your day starts at 0330 and ends at 2000 or later is rough without Reta. I usually struggle and start giving myself untracked macros

It's too bad big pharma runs the show. Would be awesome to go to your doctor and be like hey doc I need this. He writes a prescription for a peptide or some "scary" research compound.

I've been taking Reta for almost a year, a pretty low dose the whole time, 1-2mg twice weekly on Wednesdays and Sundays. I don't notice the appetite suppression but I didn't eat a lot prior, I'm actually eating more on Reta than I had for years leading up to taking it. I water-fasted for over 100 days in 2024, ate low carb on the days I did eat, and barely lost any weight. Reta fixed/altered my metabolism and fat just started melting off once I started it. I dropped from upper 240's to 165lbs and have been staying at 165 since the beginning of winter.

I also take several other peptides and have tried several others over the last year. Last fall I was taking Tesa/IPA/CJC as well as BPC and GHK, I needed virtually no recovery time, even after packing my bull out several miles on my back I was not sore the next day and went out to the same drainage and went 7 miles deep. I couldn't believe it, in years past I would have been sitting in an ice bath the following day trying to get my legs back under me.

I periodically take IPA/CJC still for the sleep benefits and BPC when I feel like i need it. I used the previously mentioned stack after my ulnar and carpal tunnel surgery and also used BPC to help heal plantar fasciitis that had been plaguing me for a couple of years.

I started reta 6 weeks ago in hopes of upping my resting heart rate. I was able to get from 45bpm to 55bpm. The appetite suppression is real for me and I did shed about 10 lbs so far. I'm running the GLOW also in hopes of avoiding elbow sx and it seems to do well. I have a lot of friends doing the wolverine stack and all but 1 seems to have similar results.
