Any have any experience with this can? It seems like a decent option for a cheap rimfire can.

I have the AL version on my 22 FN502 pistol. A little first round pop, but very quiet for subsequent shots. I run Aguila super extra 40gr something ammo at just under the speed of sound in the FN. Haven't shot the can enough on my 10/22 rifle to provide any feedback beyond " it's very quiet" out of the rifle with any ammo.

I wish the can was a tad fatter and a little shorter. The new 3D printed cans from UM and others are probably lighter and maybe shorter.

Thanks for the feedback! I just pulled the trigger on a sparrow that my local dealer had on the shelf since it was already there. That’s funny you have your can on that FN. I was actually looking into it yesterday. How have you been liking it? Pros, cons? I was thinking of either that FN or a Smith and Wesson M&P .22 lr or a Ruger mark IV lite version. I have had or been around both of those but I haven’t handled a FN502. Thanks again.

FN is an excellent value with a great trigger, optics cut, threaded barrel, etc., and it feels like a 9mm in the hand. Shoots minute of grouse at 20 yds with a cheap red dot, and isnt too picky with ammo, unless you feed it something too slow. Rounds with 1250ish box velocity are subsonic out of the pistol and cycle the action. Best modern semi auto 22lr pistol ive held in hand. Id only go to Ruger Mark IV or buckmark if you want a little more accuracy with their fixed barrels.

Good to hear it doesn’t jam on subsonics, that was one of my worries! Thanks for the feedback.
