There's an awesome trail run in Spokane in April I've done a few times. It's 5k 10k 25k and 50k. Really great course. Spokane River Run.

They are mile races not K's for that run. I am doing the 10 mile. I ran the 5 mile last year and it was a blast!

Far from it! Did you see that 18:21 time. That dude was like a fricken gazelle! Plus I don't care how fast a guy is, running uphill slows EVERYONE down lol.
