Removing bear smell from clothes

The wife texted me while I was at work and said she can't get the smell of bear fat off my camo. It's First Lite so I can't wash it in hot water. She tried Scent Killer and that didn't work.
My bear didn't stink, just has the smell of beef fat. Any idea? Thanks!

Are you sure it's the bear smell or just the "wet dog" smell of merino the first few times you wash/wear it?

Have you tried baking soda?

Throw in a can of Coke. When I worked in commercial fishing, we threw a can of Coke in the wash to get rid of the fish smell.

It's the bear. That shirt is one I picked up used from a Rokslide brother. I think she did try baking soda. I was wondering if maybe Oxi Clean in warm water, then a hunting detergent would work. That Oxi works pretty good on greasy mechanic clothes.
