Remington 300 ultra mag power level II

Anyone loading 300 RUM in power level II (300 win mag)? This is downloaded to perform at 300 win mag levels. For practice this would extend barrel life. The case capacity is very large, so it it dangerous to download? Is some type of filler needed in the case?
