I went to my local Wally world last night just to make sure and nothing. They even stopped selling muzzleloaders. All they have is daisy and gamo bb guns, lol. Those weren't on sale. They barely have ammo. In fact, they were bare bones on the shelves for mostly everything due to having most of the trash they sell coming from China. I had to barter with the kids to get them to come so I let them get a new ufc 4 video game and of course the inventory was supposedly off even tho it said 4 available online. The lazy a$$ in electronics wouldn't even check for me.

Traded off a trigger I wasn't using and dropped the wally world 223 into an old ADL stock. Going to sand a few high spots out and see what it does first with the pressure points, then floated back to the lug if no luck. Sure looks nice in the wood, at least to my eye and for the money involved. I adjusted the Rem trigger and it feels really good to me. Will just leave that one on there.

Think it's about over... every place is out of stock. I have a mini road-trip this weekend and i was checking Brickseek inventory checker to see if any walmarts along the route had anything left.

My Remington luck seems to be holding. This walmart rig is shooting just fine. After I carefully freefloated the barrel channel, leaving the contact point intact and adjusting factory trigger down very easily. It has shot Norma factory ammo, Hornady factory ammo, and my handloads under 1". The Hornady 55 SP shot 3 into .5" and then adjusted scope down 1 too many clicks for the 2 shot group. Fixed that and shot 3 at 300 under 2.5". Nice shooting cheap rig. I think the old ADL wood stock was a very worthy upgrade vs the plastic ones.

That's a great deal for donor actions. Pull them apart and yard sale the stock and barrel.
