Rem 700 Talley extended rings

I hope this is the right place but does anyone have a picture of these rings on a Remington 700? I’m trying to figure out if these rings will work or if I need to go with a rail. I have the standard rings but they are really cutting it close with my particular scope. Thanks

Yep. I needed them to fit a Zeiss V4 on my 300 win. 700 clone action.

I had to file a chamfer on the rear base to keep the scope power ring from contacting it on my Rem 700. Kind of a PITA. Had to file to fit, prime the aluminum with self etching paint, then paint flat black, but it came out OK. That was with std height base/rings. None of the metal I took off contributed to the strength of the base. It's something Talley should have done in the first place to avoid the problem IMO.
