Rem 700 Feed 7prc?

Has anyone rebarreled a 700 to 7prc? I'm curious if the stock BDL internal magazine/follower/feed lip arrangement from a typical belted mag caliber feeds reliably with the fatter 7prc cases.

I don’t think the 7 Rem mag magazine will work. Wyatt’s has a very good collection of magazines. I believe the factory magazine for 300 rum and others is also wider than a normal belted mag magazine, but the follower is the same. Having said that some prc magazines are for the shorter 6.5 and have a block installed at the back and a shorter follower. I don’t believe that’s necessary with the longer 7prc.

Apparently there are some differences in feed rails with some guns and I’ve been warned that fat cartridges can be such a pain in the butt that this is where a detachable magazine is worth investing in since it feeds much smoother. I picked up a 300 rum internal magazine and fancy floorplate cheap from someone that had this issue.
