My understanding of annealing -
Purpose is two-fold:
1. Increase brass life by reducing brass work hardening
2. Increase accuracy by making the brass more ductile such that it sizes consistently, springs back less, and has more consistent neck tension

If you are not annealing prior to sizing you are not getting the full benefit of it.

I will try it before sizing next time and see if it effects group size. If it does great. Mostly I am going for longer brass life.

1. Clean / inspect / anneal if needed
2. Resize
3. Deburr / trim if needed
4. Prime with a hand primer
5. Drop powder weigh fill case
6. Seat bullet
