All I've ever known is an index release, and you can stack arrows out to a long ways with an index. Of course all my bows are 36"+ ATA.

Just a big difference in price and convenience level of doing it online.

One of my buddies just finished a session with Clum. He said he was crushing 40 with his 70 lb trad bow after one session. Clum is right down the road from me.
