Pre-cut.
V-block, C-clamp and die grinder. Angle block, V-block and C-clamp (on a bias to prevent kickback).

Micro-adjust.
3" V-block, C-clamp, 5/16"-18 socket head cap screw and jam nut.

Post cut.

It works really good though. Every time my dad and I (retired machinist) do this we scratch our heads for 10 minutes trying to remember how to do it again. I have been meaning to buy one of those handy dandy machines.
