RedKettle - No Response

Has anyone had any response from the Folks at RedKettle in the last 30-45 days? I ordered a jacket, was told the order was canceled, the jacket showed up anyway, wrong size. trying to get an exchange. Multiple email requests have gone unresponded to, phone number on the website is incorrect (some lady who says shes been called dozens of times), no response through the website or IG. Website is now down.

Any status update?

They sent a couple of marketing emails this month so someone is working.

He provides a “new” email in the marketing. I PM’d it to you.

Same thing happened to me. 2 emails received over 3.5-4 weeks. Something to do with their version of the IRS in the UK. I stopped getting responses after they said they’d refund me, but never did. Filed a credit card dispute for CYA a week later, because I was nearing the 30 day “refund” window. Finally got the refund a couple days shy of their 30 day window, which was another week or two after I filed the dispute. Horrible experience. Won’t be ordering from them ever again. Communication was an email every 2 weeks if anything, an invalid phone number, and refund weeks after they’d said they would issue it. Utter confusion.

I’m going a different direction on a jacket, with a Scottish company.

Any other ventile cotton wind breaker jackets I should look into? I was going to order an M20 for an upcoming trip.

I emailed them before placing my order to clarify a few things. Took a week to get a response and it didn’t even answer all my questions in the email. Probably should have been a red flag. However they said the M20 was not getting restocked in medium, so I think they are likely discontinuing it.

I’m going with hilltrek.co.uk. The specific jacket I want is more expensive however. They have more options that might fit your specific needs though. I emailed customer service for some fitment details and their response was within 24 hrs and answered everything perfectly. They said most of the time the jackets are made to order, so inventory rarely is an issue.

Re-reading one of the new emails he says he'll be talking less about RedKettle and will focus more on his new hunting/shooting coaching and courses he'll be providing. Sort of reads maybe RedKettle is going away? FYI https://christiansaugmann.com is the new website

I had similar issues getting the correct size and communication. Too bad because it is a nice jacket. Also been eyeing a few of the Hilltrek options.
