Red lens headlamp in the AM?

Only one on the market… Peax

This one is supposed to be basically as bright as the Peax.

I just talked with a guy the other morning. His ear was cut and bleeding like a stuck hog. He tried walking in without light and walked into a tree branch. Couple more inches and he may have lost eyesight. Not worth it.

I use white light when I’m not worried about spooking game. As I come to where I don’t want to spook game I’ll turn red on or just turn the light off if I timed it right and I can start to see.

No headlamp if possible, red light if not. Even then as soon as my eyes start to adjust lights off, if I’m packing out sure white light, but I am a big believer of little to no light pollution while moving to hunt

I've gone to green ---- Green gives me a better light to spot snakes!!!!!! I even run a green tint on the lenses of my SXS.
